Saved for posterity...
Actually it hasn't been saved for posterity, it's been saved from the rubbish bin because that's where it belonged before I started trying to rescue it. Possibly one of the worst models I've built because the master resin shell is so unlike the real thing. I've pulled the front off and had three attempts at refitting so that it looks like the prototype but sadly it's never going to work. It's the old front from a 10 year old master of a Bedford OB chassis and the master maker has tried to make it fit with a 2015 master of a Mulliner body. Didn't work.
Then a modeller friend saved the day, "Why don't you put a tarpaulin over the front and stand it outside the garage", he said. Great idea! I don't have a garage yet so here it is parked up on some waste ground in Port Appin.
