Ancient Rome today.

A camera malfunction means I can't download any of the photos I took today. The Internet in the hotel is very poor so I am relying on the few pictures I took with my phone.
Firstly we went to the Colosseum, a wonderful example of Roman engineering although they were a very bloodthirsty people who were entertained by violent killing of animals and people. After lunch, back to the Palantine, Roman Forum and the large area occupied by what was once Ancient Rome. I loved it, it's really interesting to think of the people who walked these streets over 2000 years ago.
