Blooming marvellous

I bought myself some lovely flowers last week. They're still going strong and now look fab with the ones I bought today.

It's been a sad day. Little Miss' grandpa died in the early hours of the morning. She's coping very well at this stage.

I went to see the doctor and was told that I have laryngitis. I have to 'rest my voice' for a week. When I said that wasn't an option in teaching, he assured me that they'd put me on 'admin duties' at work and that it would be fine. He obviously doesn't understand the teaching profession! I'll see how the voice is on Tuesday. Thank goodness we've got a long weekend!

In the meantime, I am to not talk. Little Miss is making sure I keep quiet!
