stairs

I’m standing on the way to the 3rd floor in our condo.   We need new carpet on the stairs but before we install it (beige and grey tiny stripes)  I’ve decided to repaint part of the railing —all 21/2 stories of it.   It used to be pink (like on left) but I’m painting it a more conservative brown and leaving the old faux bluegreen metallic railings,.New plain grey on the posts.  It’s a very tedious job!  And hence I don’t have the Hawaii photos edited yet….  later.

Went for a row in a wind that would have held us back before.   I’m really liking my new boat!  Wish it was a bit easier to get in and out of the water…  Still working on that. 

And I think I’ll add this website for anyone who loves books and word games about books.   Just for fun!  My son is part of this team making this game, the other 3 live in Brooklyn —and yes they are kickstarting it  (crowd funding)—feel free to totally ignore that part…but check out the description of the game Losswords.   The things people do.    too hard for the likes of me.
