River Dove at Milldale
Our final day in the Peak District - a drive down to Dovedale and a number of walks at different stages along the river.
All were challenging locations - very picturesque but extremely difficult to get great images in unrelenting bright sunlight.
There are few if any unobstructed views of the river that allows nice framing - always a tree or branches or signs or people in the way. In the end I opted to the big stopper to blur the surface of the water to allow some tones there. Back home tomorrow - roll on next years trip with great friends from all over the UK.
