25 years

I came home (much earlier than 25 years!) from (primary) school, lifted the heavy bar off the back gate and propped it carefully in the corner. I found my Mother gardening in the remaining two quarters of the beds that surrounded the rose circle that was now the pond. She was digging up flowering forget me nots and I was upset that these beautiful flowers were being tossed into the wheelbarrow. I can see now that it was what needed to be done with an invasive plant. Kindly my mother took a big bunch of forget me nots from the barrow and said 'I hope you will ...'
I haven't forgotten and the skills that I was taught have helped me to deal appropriately with this afternoons message from JB!!!
