Lots going on for the Queens 90th birthday today.

A had his crown to wear at nursery. P made it for him yesterday with pops and was very proud to see him wearing it. The children all took part in a little parade and played some party games. A won a prize for something and was very happy with his Mr Tumble figure. P had some Royal activities at school. She made a crown and did some painting. My celebrations have mainly consisted of eating cake and cream teas!

This evening G&G, Aunty V and Uncle B all came for a fish and chip supper. The children were in bed and we all stuffed ourselves. I actually feel a bit sick now and definitely didn't need the cheesecake for pudding! We bade G&G a fond a farewell as they are off on their holidays tomorrow. We will miss them for the next two weeks.
