Lone Cyclist

After work Marie and I went into the scenic, the light was over powering in places and stunning in others cast giant shadows and showing the Golds and reds. This also where Mark and I do a lot of our running now we have advanced from Wogging ( Walk Jog). I did some stride outs with the group at Run Timaru tonight and my breathing was not to laboured tonight and better than last night.
