A mystery solved

Today my lovely neighbour,  who is from Cambodia, asked me if I would like some fruit from her kumquat tree.  I do think that they are as most of you said loquats, as they look very much like figs. She made some into juice for me, it was beautiful,   she added apple for extra sweetness and tells me her husband also adds bannana and drinks it for breakfast.  I am pleased to report that they have a good crop despite the birds having a share.
