All Clean.

Sorry, this is my only photo today, taken in the car wash.  I had lots of plans for today but they all went a bit awry at 4a.m. this morning.

I heard Sophia picking the furniture, she's a little devil for this.  We've got scratching posts all around the house (8 in all!!), but she still picks the furniture, when she's hungry or wants to be noticed.

So, I shot out of bed, to stop her, and the room just swam in front of me.  I got up to fast.  I crawled back into bed, thinking it will pass.

At 6a.m., time for a walk, the room is still swimming.

At 7a.m., made it downstairs for a cup of tea and some breakfast.  Couldn't eat all my breakfast, felt a bit sick.  Went back to bed until after 9a.m.

Felt a bit better, so went out with my husband to get some parts for the lawn mower.  After I came back I took the car to be washed.

On my return I was just drying off the inside of the doors, when everything started to spin again.

So that was it for the day, I gave up trying to do anything.
