The Eagle has Landed

Passing the landfill on the way to Crystal River this morning we I thought it would be a great idea to have another crack at the eagles which frequent the dump scavenging for the rats and mice which pour out of the dumper trucks when they tip the load into the pile. They guys who work the tip were really helpful spotting for us and I got this shot of this bald eagle sitting in the trees way behind the fence. Fabulous to see!!
