Menacing Clouds at Soft Peak

alright, so it's menacing billows of whipped egg white at soft peak (or perhaps just past soft peak), but I thought it would be interesting to apply some of those cloud enhancing tweaks in LR or PS to some other types of soft white volume.
(was making Torta Di Nocciole with this lot)
