A quickie

Spent most of the day talking about craft ales and then powdered sports supplements before an hour discussing geek chic.

After that it was off to the bike co-op to pick up the road bike and then home.

The sun was out again so had to have a quick spin before roast chicken and then watching Liverpool demolish the Bitters. All good.
