From the Past

I opened a letter I received in the post this lunchtime and this was inside. My cousin Hazel, was clearing Out my Aunty Margaret's house and came across this wedding invite for my mum and dad's wedding way back in 1955. Inside was a clipping from a newspaper describing the wedding and the dress etc...

It was lovely to receive and I noticed that my mum's writing style has not changed in over 60 years!
