More immigrants

Ring tailed Parakeets. Now estimated to be well over 30,000 in this country. There are various theories about how they arrived. At first they established themselves in west London near the Thames but they are now to be found in Manchester and Edinburgh.

Some people love them and others think they are a noisy nuisance. But like grey squirrels they are here to stay.
