Germ free adolescent

Ok, he's well past being an adolescent, but this guy cleaning his teeth in the middle of the city before getting on his bike, made me think of this song.
He used no water or toothpaste that I saw. But he did spend s good five minutes at it, before putting the brush straight into a pocket on the pannier on his bike, then slighted the cycle, and off he went.
