Thai cookery lesson

A day of so many blips! It is M's birthday today, and I bought his cards with us. The hotel made a baked ice cream desert for him as a surprise, and decorated our room.

I was mean and made him cook his own supper and this evening we did a Thai cookery course, with two other people, making a total of four dishes, which we all then ate! Superb food and company. We made a beef salad, massaman curry, prawn soup and pork with black pepper.
