Tea Break

Too good a morning to spend it in the office so I took a tea break with the dog and had a walk along the Flight. 

Back home now to knuckle down to admin for my brother.

I'm taking Mark to the dentist this afternoon. 16 months since his stroke and his right arm is still paralysed, his mobility and speech slowly improving. (extra)
