Elephant, Lake Kariba late 1980s

This is a photo of a photo I took many years ago at Lake Kariba, Zimbabwe. It hangs on our lounge wall.

The photo was taken from a boat on the lake which was why we could get so close I guess as the elephant did not feel threatened.

Lake Kariba is a beautiful, magical and unique place which is why Kariba got her name.
