When you're nine years old it's quite acceptable to wander around all day dressed head to feet in a pirate's outfit complete with hat, telescope and eye patch. When you're an adult though it crosses the line, that fine line between 'fun' and 'insanity'. Hence, only one costume was purchased by my family today.
