How to mow a French lawn!

Today started with beautiful sunny weather and got warmer and warmer, but I've been so busy I hardly noticed. I pressure washed the patio, then I painted three pairs of shutters and finally I mowed the lawn, as it clouded over and looked like it was going to rain.
Mr F brought me a glass of wine as it was about 7pm when this photo was taken, so it's lucky really that we're not fussed about mowing in straight lines,
