Daily doggie walk, taking my dog-sitting responsibilities seriously!

It's a track in Halswell Quarry. Columns of basalt can be seen in the quarry amphitheatre, in front of Alfie. The basalt was formed around six million years ago, by cooled rock from Lyttelton volcano.
