Goose feather

Not the tiniest of feathers. It was from a goose- well I presume it was as there were geese in a paddock nearby. I thought the squared off end was unusual.
A quick contribution for Tiny Tuesday.

On my own at the Research Room today. The other ladies all had other things to attend to. A few people in but got lots done. Found a marriage record for one. A school record for another and a land record for a third plus copied newspaper records from 1906 for a fourth. All the researchers were men which was unusual. It seems to be a woman's hobby more than the fellows.

Now to do some online research for myself.
