Brr it's still cold

So most of my tulips around the yard have bloomed, this one had opened several days in a row. Recent snow fall this week end means it was still a bit cold today and this bud didn't want to open up. I still love the slight orange at the edges even closed its a pretty little flower. Maybe tomorrow.....
