Race running competition!

Today was the day I competed for the under 17 100m and 200m race running competition at a stadium in Rotherham, with my amazing Race-Runnning mates! It wasn't an important competition, just for fun (I think)

Well, there was a LOT of waiting around. And when I say a lot I mean hours... BUT, when I did my 100m, I won! (The 100m has always been my favourite, I used to do it before my accident)

Unfortunately the 200m didn't go down 'quite' as fluently as I would've wanted. It started off ok but for some weird reason they bunched all of us athletes together so there was literally centre metres between us! Anyway, I set off and got off to a good start, and then I had a wobble and then I careered off into the next lane and I knocked into a little boy! I felt so bad. Luckily he fell onto grass and he was fine but it meant both of us had to quit the race. At first I was a bit lost because I didn't know whether to carry on or help the poor lad. I felt so bad.
