Crustless Spinach Cheese Pie

Aiden wanted to try a new recipe I found for a LCHF version of Spinach Cheese Squares and to vlog it, trying out her new tripod at the same time, here's the result and it's really tasty, similar to the Spinach Cheese Squares but minus the flour so seems lighter, definitely a recipe to keep and can see these being made often.
