three down, eighteen to go

It was pronounced wobbly back in January, but only wobbled all the way out last night. It was installed under the pillow immediately following its removal but as the tooth fairy was not notified it was still there in the morning. As this was the supernumary top-right second incisor it's odd that only it was pushed out, although as the neighbouring teeth have already had to budge up to let this one erupt they're maybe used to it.
