Pam

I've probably posted about Pam before.

Recently I took over the role of 'Ladies Manager' at Ilford AC so have the task of trying to get as many of the ladies in as many of the races as I can.

Pam is the one person I can be sure of.
She'll enter every race, whatever the distance.
She virtually always wins her age group category and is by no means the slowest in any race (her 5 mile time for this race was 50mins and she was 212th out of 377 entrants) 

Pam is 80 this Summer!
