Just 3 tiny holes!

Our bach roof has leaked off and on for 3-4 years, depending on what direction the rain is coming from.

It all started when the conservatory was put on ..... so first the plumber, then the builder, then my turn ... we all pulled off flashings and gunked every possible source of the leak.

Each time we thought we had fixed the leak but soon it was out with 2 buckets and towels.

Expecting we may need a new roof we called back the builder.

Hooray for F, he's our hero!
He found 3 teeny holes where the tiles had been nailed down in new holes each time.

Now we are drip free!
