Feeling much, much better today and have been packing again. Thought I might have to miss the 'girls' weekend hillwalking at Kintail which I had organised. Driving up tomorrow but not walking until Saturday so hope I am up to it then.

Apologies for photo taken in haste before midnight. Have back blipped from 6th to 11th July more of cycling trip. Hope to manage to back blip the rest before I set off tomorrow.
