Golden light and tiny bees
About 300m along the road from yesterday's flood photo, I found a bed of native wild flowers planted as part of Stirling's On the Verge project, busy with tiny Solitary bees (about half the size of a honey bee), all collecting nectar in the golden sunlight. What a contrast to yesterday! Here is one on a corn marigold.
