A baby tomato

After being gone from home for a week, I was anxious to see how my hay bale garden was doing.   There were plenty of flowers when I left but now there are TOMATOES!    This is a purple cherokee tomato which is very good, not as acidic and will be a dark purple reddish color when ripe.

Now I will be so impatient for this to get bigger and then ripen!  

In the extras is a bell pepper flower with the beginnings of a bell pepper and the view of the garden with potatoes in the front row before the hay bales.
