The installation of Poppies: Weeping Window has started at St Magnus Cathedral.  It is similar to the display that was at the Tower of London a couple of years ago.  The display has come to Orkney as part of the Battle of Jutland centenery commemorations.

The display here is meant to open on 22 April, so another 4 or 5 days work installing poppies to go yet.  The London display had over 800,000 poppies: I don't know how many are to be in this one, but I think it'll be fewer.  No doubt it will feature in more blips of mine :)
