Salt crustaceans

It is a l-o-n-g time since I posted last. I had thought I'd given up but here I am popping my head above the parapet again.

These lobster are made from Murray-Darling Basin salt. They are just a small part of a 9m long table laden with every conceivable food, all made of salt. The artists are Ken & Julia Yonetani (National Gallery of Australia).
