Dutch skies

Dutch skies over Texel and its village Den Hoorn.

Walked some 23 kms with fellow walkers over the South West corner of the island and we crossed its dunes and wide wide beach mostly in rain and strong fresh winds ~ only when we reached  Den Hoorn and were close to the ferry for departure the sky opened up and showed us cloud formations like on the old dutch paintings.
ofcourse we had a wonderful day outdoors!
