Not One.......!

But two Apple Tarts.....
One for us and one for my neighbour..
Now I have to admit to using shop bought pastry...
But this one is very , very good quality
So it made the making a little quicker..
The apples were the best of Irish Bramleys..
They didn't last long in either houses...!
