Company

I was a bit surprised first thing this morning when I got up for a cup of tea and to release Bailey to see that we had had a scattering of snow in the night. It didn't last for long and certainly wasn't still there a couple of hours later when I finally surfaced having finished my book with Bailey for company.

A minimal amount done for the rest of the day other than two walks, putting the washing in and out depending on the weather and getting the ironing done already. Bailey has continued to sleep through most of it; inhabiting his new blanket for most of the afternoon. An early start already decided on for tomorrow so as not to still be working in the afternoon.
