Life in a Bubble

After a bit of a disastrous start to the day - cancelled trains due to an 'incident' at East Croyden, I finally made it to London to meet my old school friend Debbie. We haven't seen each other for about 34 years - scary!

We met at The Shard where we shared a bottle of wine - well we had a lot of catching up to do! And then we walked along the south bank to The Oxo Tower where we had lunch.

It's been a really lovely day and we've both said we must do it again.

I didn't take my camera with me today, but on the way back to the station I stopped to take some photos with my phone of a guy blowing bubbles and love how this one looks like this man's head is inside a bubble!
