Inclusive church

Went to CofE Youth Council today, we discussed the unheard voices in the Church, and talked about the little practical changes we might be able to bring to our own churches and the wider church. Too many amazing things, including a church I was super excited by which had community notice boards and decent signs, and a baby change mat in the gents toilets. Problem now is I'm all fired up to change stuff, but I know that realistically I can't at the place I'm currently at, which sucks.
