Dereliction x 3
This is the old Royal Mail building which has stood like this for over 16 years to my knowledge. To the right is the defunct Totterdown Lock and wheeling her bicycle away from her tent is one of Bristol's homeless. Apparently we have the highest total of homeless people outside London which is shaming - but perhaps that means the word has got out that we are the place to be for help and generosity and the many wonderful people who try to lend a helping hand.
This week's Dereliction Sunday entries should be tagged DS26. I hope to have a good look at them all on Monday so watch out for the awards - perhaps on Tuesday. Remember that you can put your entry in on any day of the week and I'd be happy to see more than one entry per blipper if that suits you for like buses that come like a herd of elephants sometimes often dereliction subjects do too!
