Louisa Jane....

I've had a really super day.....as I said yesterday our club ran a Portrait Workshop today - a roaring success for those that attended.  A poor turnout from our members, but those that were there certainly learnt lots and didn't have to wrestle for a place to photograph our model.  Our committee puts in a lot of time and effort organising these workshops, and when it isn't patronised by members it is disappointing.  Such a shame as this morning was for beginners giving members a real opportunity to learn the basics.....but, we can't make them attend, just as long as they don't moan about the lack of workshops or field trips in the future.
Isn't Louisa Jane stunning.  She came in the afternoon, the morning was dedicated to learning the different options using natural light and reflectors; we all took our turn at being photographed which was a lot of fun.  This afternoon we learnt about lighting and using many different options.
