yay!
Hello
I'm blipping my trainers. I was leaning back so its an odd angle. Not sure how i managed that. Anyway i smiled on getting myself out of bed and to the gym when i couldn't be bothered at all, then doing a bodyattack class, 10km cycle and 5km run. Woo hoo. Next weeks aim will be 15km cycle and 7.5km run.
