Reflection

Had a one-day trip to Walsall today for the annual Pathfinders meeting. It's always a bit full-on, particularly doing the journey in a day! It was a very productive meeting and I feel that things are really moving to positive outcomes in a lot of places.

In a way it is always really good to have the inbetweencamps time to share and reflect - although often it is a stretch of the mind to cast back to then! This last camp was a tricky one for me, but having had space I think I learnt from it and can value the experience. And invariably taking time to reflect leads to finding the sparks that kindle my love for that wonderful place.
