Vegetarian Vindaloo

This is Husband's veggie vindaloo. Delicious!

Today was the last day at school this academic year. It was slightly tarnished by some disrespect and rudeness, but I'll not go into that.

I'm going to class yesterday as the last day. I got presents off my wonderful form class, had a lovely lunch with colleagues, chatted with lots of parents to tell them how proud I am of their children and performed in the excellent production of Guys and Dolls for the last time.
