Junk Food!

This is what I've just nipped to my local supermarket to buy for my night in tonight. Total junk...but it will be worth it! After spending two days delivering ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) to a group of 18 young people from Dundee I am exhausted. It was worth it though, they sre a credit to the city. Feet are up..might even pour myself a stiff drink.
