End of vintage!

So today ends the last of vintage for Bob's very first year.  Tom has come up to help him press the petite verdot and check out how the other wines are coming along.  Another barrel needs to be found, but otherwise that will be it for the immediate future and time will tell how the wines develop.

Tom has a couple of friends coming over tonight (Beau and Lachlan) to help celebrate and Tom has slow cooked a lamb shoulder from an animal that he helped butcher.  Life on the land - sometimes confronting, but it's not a bad thing.
