Tired Thursday

Passed the day in a sleep deprived fog. Leo slept with me whilst Ian had the peace of Leo's bed as Leo wasn't feeling well. He was right as rain in the morning and full of beans -unlike me. I am wondering if that tale of not eating cheese before bed is true! Leo ate a big chunk just before bedtime and I am now wondering if that led to his stomach pain and disturbed sleep. It is definitely off the menu after lunchtime from now on!

I got out and about in the fresh air on campus in the hope it would wake me is a bit but the whole day passed in a brain fuddled fog. Ian had been in Reading for the day so after we picked him up from the train station I headed to bed to catch up on some zzzzzz's - so not the most exciting day ever.
