Charity...should stay at home!

I've been invited to a ladies luncheon with the mayoress. This is an entirely formal affair, which may require a hat.
So today I decided to have a perusal of our local charity shops, to see if I may happen across a suitable titfer.
What I wasn't expecting to find was this display of peephole bra & crotchless undies!!! So many questions...who...why..wtf???
I have 'grunged' this picture to reflect how I felt after seeing this....dirty!

And I didn't find a hat.
