Carnac
St. Michael and then to the Alignments at Kermario. Again found it strange that this time they were in lines and not circles. There are many hundreds of them some quite small others large and there is a large area of them, dating back approximately 4000 years. There was a viewing tower and this is the view of the alignments from there. This is only some of them, if you turn the other way there are almost as many again and they go on along the road.
Cycled to Auray to buy lunch and met another couple touring who were from Boston. Cycled to St Aves where we had a break. Then cycled up and down hill endlessly to get to Tredion to the campsite. A lovely setting by a lake, lots of trees as well and saw a Crested Tit. There was another very small bird hopping in the branches but couldn't identify it. Thought it might be a baby Goldcrest.
