Beautiful hare,
Gazing at the moon,
Who are you looking for?
We should treasure you well,
Because you could be hare
And gone tomorrow !

Olney is well known for William Cowper's pet hares who used to run in and out of his house. We took a walk in nearby Emberton Park and found this lovely sculpture. I've also got a moon facing hare in my garden. I've seen hares in the fields when walking Henry.
